Two burners, one pan, eighteen months of dinners

[STUB from prototype — Roger/Le to rewrite around Le's real recipe site (rlmotorhome.com/recipes) and the real kitchen in the 2024 Benimar T463.]

People ask what we eat. They expect something heroic — five-course meals from a tiny cooktop, foraged herbs, bread baked on a campfire. The truth is gentler and more useful: Le cooks things she'd cook at home, just with two burners instead of five and one pan instead of seven.

The four tools that matter

  1. A good cast-iron skillet that doubles as everything
  2. A pressure cooker that halves the time for anything that takes time
  3. A decent knife that stays sharp
  4. One bowl big enough to be a salad bowl or a mixing bowl

What we actually eat

[Le to write — chicken Madeira, angus patties with béchamel, one-pan lemon garlic chicken, the recipes already documented on the recipe site.]
